How can I receive a free domain?

There are three ways to obtain a free domain from us.

• Register for free, and you will receive a free domain from our free domain section.
• Every five domains purchase from us will entitle you to a free domain from our free domain section.
• Every domain you purchase from our website will qualify you to get a free domain from our free domain section. See the free domains by clicking here.

How can I receive a free appraisal?

What if I need more than one appraisal?

• You can purchase additional Website Domain Appraisals for $10 each, by clicking here.

Who stores my information?

• Your personal information such as account including; registration information, address, phone number(s), etc... are securely stored on servers at Amazon Web Services.

What security measures do you have in place for my information?

Who stores my Credit Card information?

• We, 17 International L.L.C. do NOT store this information, however we provide secure and credible options to use already established payment methods through third party payment processing centers, such as PayPal.com and Google Checkout.

What do you use my information for, if for anything?

How much does a Domain Transfer cost though this website?

• We provide free transfers from within the same registrars. Being that all of our domains are registered at GoDaddy.com, we will only provide free transfers (free digital ownership / shipping) to your GoDaddy.com account. In most cases, creating a GoDaddy account is free and easy, and only takes a few minutes to set up. How long does it take to receive a domain I just purchased?

• Domains usually are transferred on the day of, or within 24 hours of the purchase. In some cases, although extremely rare; it could take up to three days to receive your domain. This transfer policy is only applicable to customers who provide detailed and correct information, about their GoDaddy account. If your information is not correct, such as your account number and email that was registered at GoDaddy.com, please expect delays while we try to contact you for the correct information.

What if I don't provide the correct GoDaddy.com information?

• Without your account number and email address (the one registered at GoDaddy), we, nor any other company, can transfer you a domain. It is required, and the only way to provide you with the ownership of any domain.

What if I provide the correct information, but just DON'T accept the domain?

• Unfortunately you will need to accept our transfer of any domains to you. Without doing so, you will not become the new owner of any domain we may attempt to send you. After 30 days of not being contacted by you regarding the matter, or of you not accepting the domain(s), you will forfeit any domain(s) transferred to you which you did not accept, and they will remain under 17 International ownership without any refund provided to you. If you have any questions, or are having a difficult time understanding our website or the GoDaddy.com website, or simply are having trouble and need assistance, please contact us and we will help you at no additional charge.

Do I still have to renew the domains I receive from you?

• Yes. All domains regardless of where they are purchased must be renewed prior to the renewal or expired date.

How do I know my expiration date?

• As a courtesy to our customers, we voluntarily provide this information to you as indicated next to each domain's specifications and statistics. However, there are hundreds of services, often free, which will allow you to type in the name of the domain, and find out where it is registered (The registrar), by whom (owner), and when it expires (The renewal date), amongst other information about the domain(s).

Who pays for renewals?

• The owner of any domain is responsible for any renewal costs. If we still hold ownership, we may decide to renew the domain and pay the renewal fee, otherwise; in most cases- the customer has already purchased the domain(s), in which case they will be solely responsible for any applicable renewal costs.

How much does it cost to renew domains?

• The cost of domain renewals is dictated by third party companies, such as ICANN and the accredited registrars such as GoDaddy.com. Typically the cost to renew a domain is between $7 and $17 for a TLD such a .COM. Other extensions can vary in price and can often be lower or higher than this range.
